Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Seven Streams.
Membership Fees
- Membership payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Access will continue until the end of your billing period
Paid Calls / Sessions
- Payments for calls are non-refundable once booked
- If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance
- Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are not refunded
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases such as:
- Technical errors
- Duplicate charges
- Service not delivered
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Account suspension
- Loss of access to services
